QUALITY CONTROL

Department is supervised by nutritionist along with laboratory experts (Chemist/ analyst) working regularly to safeguard quality of ingredients and feeds. Unloading staff is monitored and each vehicle bag is tested for physical and chemical analysis. Strict quality control is a key to our successful and continued quality performance in A One feeds. Corn and rice, protein meals and cereal by products are tested every day, every vehicle and every bag. Feed additives are routinely checked for their efficacy. On arrival of any item, the material is permitted to be unloaded only after laboratory testing and confirmation of quality standard required.
