PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

Feed production department deals with all mill operations and processing in a modern machinery mill. This is largest department and consists of maximum members. This department has many sub units like mechanical, electrical, boiler, medicine, pellet mill and material receiving sections. The system controlled by experienced nutritionist called Production manager of mill.

QUALITY CONTROL

(LABORATORY) DEPARTMENT

Starting from ingredient sampling from arrival vehicles, the quality control system starts its check points towards laboratory testing, stocks samples rechecking and feed testing.

ADMINISTRATION

Mill administration deals with all general matters like Human resource, mill security, food provision, worker welfare ,vehicles and ingredient loading unloading issues and all documentations, records on gate, scale and offices. Purchase of routine items is monitored by admin officer.

ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Deals with all monitory matters like ingredient purchase payments, feed sales and other dealings inside mill and with banks .

FEED SALE/ MARKETING DEPARTMENT

This is very important department of company. All our customers get information and other feed demand, dispatch and services facility can be obtained. The department is lead by very experienced sale staff along with qualified and experienced veterinary doctors for technical support of farmers.
